Was a great experience over there love the deserts

Lackluster for what you'll pay. Nice and quite at times. My Smores hot chocolate wasn't hot.

Excellent Americano. Very personable server who made a special hour chocolate for my grandson. She made it fun by asking him to close his eyes. Wish I'd had a picture of him when he opened his eyes and saw the whipped cream and sparkles!

Over priced. Decent dessert spread but very over priced. Be ready to spend 30 bucks on a 2 lattes and 2 small slices of cheesecake

Staff are friendly and welcoming!Convenient location for all seasons as it is located next to City Hall. Many hot and cold drink selections all which are great! Lots of food/snack options as-well. Has lots of seating and even more when patio season begins! Nice little coffee shop to have a drink and snack while reading the paper (provided) or people watching downtown!

Huge selection of customizable teas. You can even mix and match to make your own creation. Absolutely lovely spot!

Incredible atmosphere. Very welcoming to people with disabilities. Made myself my daughter and our service dog welcome. Highly recommended. Great food and beverages. No accessibility entrance (No ramp) but the staff is eager to accommodate.

The location is amazing and the place is great for studying or getting some work done. Customer service could improve though as the staff were not very accommodating or friendly.

It is absolutely the cozy coffeeshop you can visit to relax and enjoy the best london fog in town. Their sweets are good and fresh. Service is also great. Would reccomend 100 percent.

We stopped in to rest on Sunday afternoon mid August as the sun was quite hot. They have a lovely patio with a canopy. We had chicken and turkey sandwiches with a blueberry scone. The food was good and the service excellent.

Such a cozy place to chat with friends and watch the skaters in the square! Their specialty lattes are delicious and mine came topped with a mountain of whipped cream. The perfect way to end a chilly day!

Today was my first time here. The food was pretty good got one of the sandwhichs as well a hot chocolate. Price isn't to bad. Good place to chill with friends. Will be back for sure .

Not the cheapest place to get a coffee (good things aren't usually cheap), but it is an excellent spot to stop for a delicious treat and specialty coffees/hot chocolates. Definitely a must try!

I was greeted with a huge smile and really love the atmosphere! Very warm and inviting and felt like I was in a little cafe in Paris! Must see if you’re ever in Kingston! The Smooth as Ice Hot Chocolate is to die for!

Great beverages, nice atmosphere. I'm not sure if the staff will see this but they need to practice better hand hygiene. I won't go into details. I didn't tell the lady (manager?) directly cause I sensed she may not take it well... Could be wrong. The home-feel of the place is great for coming to hang out, study, do work, or simply have good conversation for a while

Sipps is a cozy and comfortable cafe right off the market square in downtown Kingston. There are two separate seating areas inside - the one up front has beautiful views of whatever is happening on the square while the one in the rear is more intimate and has larger tables. Sipps has a wide variety of loose leaf teas and their specialty lattes change seasonally and with holidays. The staff has been kind and welcoming every time I go and it's definitely a lovely coffee shop if you're interested in something unique.

Had the latte and it was good. Perfect location after skating across the street in the square.

Pretty nice little place. We got just 2 chi teas and a smores hot chocolate for $15.

Nice staff and the latte was ok, but normal. Not anything more special than a Starbucks or Williams. Great location though.

Good coffee and wide selection of sweets and teas - the cheesecake icecream was delicious and there is nice outdoor seating available here.

I love their Latte. It is by far the best out of all the coffee shops I’ve been to here in Kingston. And they also have delicious brownies.

Came here on New Year's Day with my girlfriend and she found a huge tangled hair in her hot chocolate after taking her first sip. We got a half-hearted apology and 15 minutes later sitting there in disbelief at what had just happened and trying to make the best of it, a partial refund for our drinks and another insincere apology. The two women behind the counter hardly seemed to care how disgusted we both were. I will never be back and will be warning everyone I know downtown to avoid Sipps moving forward. Just horrific.

Great coffee spot in K-Town. Short walk to/from everything. Didn't try the food, but the coffee was perfect. Staff are friendly and cheerful. Nice patio, too.

Such a great location. I find I'm always slightly dissapointed in the food options, and there's something I find off putting about the atmosphere. Not an overly welcoming vibe.

Dont let the few nasty reviews scare you. The girls here work hard and they serve great drinks. Difficult people are everywhere. It's often really busy but I've always had positive experiences even if there's a wait time:)

Good drinks. Once you get past the front desk the dining areas look amazing. Drinks are old fashion. They're sooo good.

Very rude staff. Walked in to read a book and sip on a tea. Upon entering the coffee shop, I was given rude looks from the staff working there. It was especially bad from an older lady working, caucasian with short black hair, glasses and a larger physique. I ordered a London Fog, expecting my $5 drink go be good, upon the first sip after blowing on the surface for a good 5 minutes, I completely burnt my tongue and throat. I am a regular visitor of coffee shops and this has been a horrible experience. Would certainly not recommend. After burning my mouth, I began conversing with the gentleman sitting next to me and he stated he also burnt his tongue and its common when that lady is making the beverages. I LOVE supporting local businesses, however I will not be coming back here.

5 Star for customer service. I walked in the door 5 Min after opening. The lady had no breakfast sandwiches try, but quickly offered to make some from the back. Was fresh and tasted great.I had a latte, it was nothing special.Lots of desert options as well.
